OPEN CALL FOR INTERNSHIP

Youth Alliance - Krusevo is an independent, non-governmental, non-political and non-profit organization founded in 1999. Our members (70-80 members) are young people between 15 and 35 years old, who work, study or express interest in the EU integration processes of our country.

Through a three-month internship program, Youth Alliance - will provide financial support allowance for 3 young people. Additionally, our organization will map the interests of young people in the various programs of the organization with the aim of further employment young people, after completing the internship. Conditions and obligations for participating in the program All interested candidates for participation in the internship program must: • Be aged from 16 to 29 years • Not to be employed • To have completed at least primary education • To be able to perform an internship for a duration of three months in designated legal entity. The selected candidates will have the following conditions for performing the internship: • Appointed mentor person in our organization who will follow them throughout practice • Monthly net compensation in the amount of MKD 12,000 • Opportunities for participation and networking at events from our organization and partner organizations • Possibility of employment after completing the internship • Acquisition of new skills, knowledge and competencies. The obligations that the interns will have are the following: • Orderly, conscientious and timely execution of entrusted tasks; • Participation in the daily work of the legal entity where it will be performed the internship • Keeping classified and confidential data acquired during the internship • Respecting the internal protocols and work manuals of the legal entity where the internship is carried out.
