LEAD- Leaders for Education, Activism and Development announces a call for a marketing expert to refine and improve the marketing strategy and access to new customers. We are an organization that develops educational experiences for young people, people who work with young people, but also educational institutions (primarily schools and universities). The programs are aimed at encouraging personal development, activism, participation in decision-making, but also sustainability. In the past 3 years the organization has had excellent and stable growth and the coverage of the programs is over 2000 young people, over 500 teachers and youth workers, and over 70 secondary and primary schools.

Our activities are mostly financed by donor grants, and as an organization we mostly depend on income generated from projects for which we apply with project ideas. But in the past 4 years, the revenues related to the services we offer have been continuously growing (on average 5% to 10% annually). Such revenues enable us to create new programs for our users and target groups, and strengthen our sustainability. Therefore, we need a person or company who will improve our potential for marketing the services we have. Our goal is to effectively promote our existing educational programs and offerings, such as the Teachers' Club and customized training services for the growth and development of individuals and organizations. Objective of the consultancy: The marketing expert will develop a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at expanding our reach and influence within our target groups and users. This plan will include a strategy to promote the organization's current offerings, ensuring they are well positioned to attract and retain participants. Scope of work: Assessment of current marketing strategies and tools in use, identifying strengths as well as areas for improvement. Development of a marketing strategy that will include: Analysis and segmentation of the target audience Refining key messages Using specific digital and traditional marketing tactics. Metrics for measuring marketing effectiveness. Development of an action plan for the implementation of the marketing strategy, including timelines, required resources and deployment phases. Realization of a one-day training for our internal team to execute the marketing plan Other things that the selected expert considers will contribute to the goal Specific work results: A comprehensive marketing plan document Detailed implementation guide. One-day training agenda for the LEAD team. Final report summarizing the work done, outcomes and recommendations for current marketing activities. Duration: The engagement is expected to last 2 months, starting from 15.06 to 15.08 with a total of 10 working days. Selection criteria: Experience and Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in developing comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital marketing. Strong analytical skills and experience in market segmentation. Educational background: Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or completed training (e.g. Completed Marketing Academy) Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Previous results At least one referral from previous clients with a similar workload.
